Our in-house MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health and Fire Protection) team works closely with our design team to create solutions that are technically sound and easy to implement and maintain.

We have vast experience in transforming typical workplaces into smart offices that are supported by integrated technologies such as: desk management, room booking, building management systems,energy management, wayfinding, visitor management, transportation tracking etc.

Our design strategy team is extremely research driven. We use rigorous data analytics and cultural studies to benchmark existing work patterns and identify existing cultural trends. Using these insights, we work closely with our design team to develop strategies that enhance their work productivity as well as improve the overall workplace efficiency.

Our Project services team supports the project at every stage, starting with a comprehensive technical due diligence, authority approvals, project management and site supervision.

• Technical Diligence: We inspect various aspects of Fire Safety, Structural Integrity, Power Requirements, Light and Air quality etc. to check for compliance with local laws as well as highlight the risks involved.
• Authority Approvals: Our team handles authority approvals for most government agencies. To optimize the project timeline, we try to complete all design decisions in the time period the government requires to get the layouts get approved.
• Project Management: Through the design, construction and occupation phase, our project management team ensures uninterrupted operations and smooth coordination between all the stakeholders involved.
• Site Supervision: Our site supervisors play the critical role of ensuring that the designs we envision, get well executed on site. They document the weekly progress on site and quickly resolve site specific issues to ensure the project timelines are maintained.

In response to a global shift in work culture, our Branding team uses graphic design as a medium to personalize the office and create a warm comfortable work environment. Our Styling team further accentuates spaces through curated artifacts to create an office environment that is visually dynamic and vibrant.
